Local Optimist is a biannual publication for radical discovery and connection. Lead by the spirit of curiosity, we actively engage an evolving spectrum of artists, writers, and thinkers as a way of synthesizing perspectives that unify.

In its second issue, Local Optimist actively explores the theme of personal eclipse.
